An Opportunity Class (OC) will be established at Maroubra Junction Public School. The class will be open to 15 students for Year 5 entry each year, starting in Term 1, 2025.
Opportunity classes are just one of the ways the Department of Education provides support for academically gifted and high potential students.
Parents will be able to select Maroubra Junction Public School as a preference when completing their child’s opportunity class application for 2025 Year 5 entry. Applications will be open for 2025 entry between 4 April - 20 May 2024.
